Staff was wonderful and attentive.
Complimentary breakfasts could have been more fresh fruit oatmeal, etc.

Staff were great. Rooms were pretty good. Family friendly, treated me and my three sisters with royalty.

Everything their was very clean and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful, Their continental breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Decor was fine, room was clean.
We were staying on a non smoking floor with smokers. We reported to the front desk with no results. We were exposed to smoke entire time.

I have always wanted to stay at this brand name hotel. Was very disappointed with the smoking issue. I found it difficult to sleep because of on going smell of smoke on a non-smoking floor. Will probably never stay with hotel chain again. ...read more

Access to the hotel. Very busy intersection.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Knoxville. It was close to the interstate and the staff was very helpful.

The staff worked hard to make stay enjoyable.

Hotel very convenient to shops and restaurants. Staff was very professional, friendly, and accomodating. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good experience.
